Welcome to Lizzie’s little book nook

Hi,

Welcome to my book nook. This is a place where you can read, relax and connect with other book lovers. It is still a work in progress so please bear with me but I would love for you to join my little nook.

This will be used as a place for all things bookish as well as a platform to help promote small businesses during these tough times!

So, a quick introduction, I am Lizzie, or Liz (depending on who you speak to). I live in Newbury, UK with my wonderful fiancé and our beautiful black labrador dog, Sots.

I have been a crazy bookworm for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who would read everything in the school library and always had my head in a book. I preferred reading in my head to reading out loud as a child so I was always the quiet kid in the corner.

Now, my passion for books and reading is stronger, backed up with a love of writing. I read all different genres, I am not fussy and will try any genre once.

Some of my favourite authors are Tess Gerritsen, Sophie Kinsella, Stephen King and Cecelia Ahern. This should give you an idea of how broad my interests span.

I am currently a freelance copywriter but hoping to expand into a full time marketing role once the country has calmed down and things start becoming “normal” or some sort of normality returns.

I started a Bookstagram account not long ago which prompted this idea for my own site so if you want to join me on there as well add me, @lizzieslittlebooknook

That’s all for now. But stay tuned for more content as I will be updating as much as possible.

Much love x
